Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sales Team to enable the achievement of sales target
  • Develop Sales Strategy
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Manage the executionof sales operation based on the agreed target and timeline

Qualifications:

  • Have a corporate manner.
  • Have a Bachelor Degree in Sales, or Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in training firm or consultancy as Junior Manager / Asst. Manager / Senior Supervisor in Sales.
  • Have good working knowledge on common applications for work and business, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Miro, etc.
  • Preferably fluent in English.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Work in Hybrid system, can commute at locations in East Jakarta.
  • Accustomed to using various applications and digital equipment.
  • Can work individually and in a team, mentally strong, persistent, able to think creatively and critically.
  • Smart, Agile, Fast Learner, Independent.
  • All positions require talent who can join quickly.
  • Can work in a very flexible environment, and comfortable to work remotely.
