Join at Vasaka Bali as Sales Representative
Through the uplifting concept “Modern Tropical Living”, Vasaka Bali is a luxury residence in Denpasar. Surrounded by nature, a complete amenities, and everything you need within easy reach. The project would bring convenience with smart living and accessibility for its residents as it supported by commercial center facilities. Moreover, it also become the new enticing destination for the public visitor around Jalan WR. Supratman as it is in between Denpasar and Gianyar.
Requirements :
- Expat living in Bali for minimum 2 years
- Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with good verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Have a proven track record in property sales, luxury residences and villas with demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Familiarity with the local property market, understanding of current market trends and property prices.
- Active in making sales through Social Media and Digital marketing.
