About Us


Shafwah Holidays is a part of Shafwah Group which engaged in Tour and Travel industry.


Location:


Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan


Responsibilities


  • Answer questions about our products (Umrah packages).
  • Present, promote and sell products (Umrah packages) using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.


Requirements


  • Min. 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the tour and travel industry, specifically for Umrah and Hajj.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, communicate openly, and contribute actively towards shared goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Min. associate degree (D3) from any major.
  • Uphold Shariah Behavior (Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathonah).
