International Sales & Marketing Staff

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with buyers and managing administration, such as quotes, orders, contracts and export documents
• Staying up to date with buyers government regulation expecially related to food safety regulation
• Negotiate the terms and conditions with the buyers, and meet sales targets & profits.
• Studying the market in the target countries
• Discuss and work closely with production and other department to successfully execute export sales
• Responsible in business development and sales expansion, as well as introducing products to current and potential clients.
• Handling buyer complain and work along with production and other department to take remedial action

Minimum Qualifications :

• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong Computer skills, especially in Excel
• Fluent in English and Mandarin both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Management/related field
• Proactive, able to work in a team and independently
• Being able to foster long term relationships with clients
• High level of ethics and integrity
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in B2B export sales
