Job Roles and Responsibilities

To proactively and enthusiastically manage & guide Administration, liaison, security, safety & environment, plant HR, loading & unloading, and housekeeping department by implementing and monitoring or related polices system and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; cultivating a climate for offering information and opinions.
• Formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing employee related policies in consultation with the management.
• Collaborate & discuss with local partner-businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services
• Ensuring daily loading and unloading as per standard operating procedure
• To develop & implement health, safety & environment polices in the factory.
• Liaison with local industrial area development authorities and prompt notification to the management about any areas of concern with resolution.
• Develop employee’s motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmosphere in the factory.
• Department wise compliance assessment: Preparing and disseminating compliance obligation list and follow up with department managers for compliance and ensure that related reports are being drafted and kept
• Factory related all types of licensing works, preparation and submission of related report to the management.
• Prepare regular & periodic reports covering all important functions and activities for upper management
• To manage liaison work with government authorities & manage their officials’ visits; build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships; facilitate communications and coordinates activities between government offices and organization
• Discussion with vendors and service providers needed for local business operation
• Increase management’s effectiveness by recruiting right candidate, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers.

• Fluent in spoken English and proficient in business correspondence
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and must be willing to take initiative to proactively solve conflicts and address issues.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
