Experience and Relationship Manager for OXO Living


OXO Living is seeking a dynamic, charismatic, and experienced Experience and RelationshipManager to join our team. You will be responsible for defining, refining and overseeing the OXO experience and nurturing our community of investors, property owners, guests, visitors, residents, media, and key partners.


Experience Management


- Conduct experience audits across all customer touch points and develop strategies and initiatives

- Analyze direct and indirect competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation

- Ideate new concepts and develop new experience concepts that align with OXO Living's brand, mission and business objectives

- Lead the implementation of new concepts and ensure quality control of all experiences


RelationshipManagement


- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and key partners to drive business growth and success

- Identify leads and opportunities for partnerships and collaborations

- Foster a sense of community among investors, property owners, residents and guests through programming and events that reflect our brand and promote a sense of belonging and inclusivity



Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in experience management, community management, event planning, or related field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Bahasa Indonesia and other languages are a plus.

- Attractive appearance and high levels of confidence in representing the company to various audiences

- Charismatic and engaging personality, with the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
