Job Description

We are looking for a Assistant Guest Support Manager with knowledge of English.

We are a premium real estate management company “Farsight Villas & Hotels Management” Our main focus is marketing and full management of villas, hotels, guest houses and other real estate objects.


Tasks:

- Be always in touch during business hours (WhatsApp, CRM) with our clients,

- Promptly provide support for any issues that arise,

- Provide information and news support to customers,

- Anticipate and positively resolve any conflict situations,

- Increase customer loyalty with every communication,

-Communication with support services (for example, booking.com) on the Extranet,

-Making adjustments (such as changing dates or prices) on the Extranet, etc.,


Requirements:

- Knowledge of English language. Level from B2. (Knowledge of the Russian language will be a plus).

- High communication skills, competent written and oral speech

- Ability to find a common language with people of different psychotypes.

- High customer focus in solving all tasks.

- Ability to take responsibility.

- Ability to work with a large amount of information.

- Ability to multitask.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

- Ability to adapt to new systems/programs. Experience with Channel Manager, Project Management Softwares, OTAs is a plus.
