Hyatt Regency Bali, a delightful beachfront hotel in Sanur built on nine hectares of lush tropical gardens. The beachfront resort is elegantly designed with a modern Balinese touch and overlooks the Indian Ocean.

As Guest Service Host Team Leader you will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Service Host within the Rooms Division.


Main Duties


  • Assist to implement consistent guest recognition programmes and maintain a relevant guest history database
  • Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
  • Ensure that guest history records are accurately maintained and all repeat guests are pre-registered
  • Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out
  • Ensure that all Front Office employees are familiar with the hotel’s products and services, current promotions, policies and other important information
  • Ensure that all Front Office employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
  • Ensure that Front Office employees provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate
  • Coordinate VIP movements with relevant Departments as advised
  • Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships
  • Ensure that the area is managed well by the respective team and deliver the brand promise


Qualifications


  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same positions.
  • Has good ethic and professional attitude.
  • Well versed with Opera, Microsoft Office as well as other system related and reports
  • Excellent communication skill both in verbal & written.
  • Enjoys interaction and naturally well versed with social conversation
