Director Of Operations (Mobile Content Distributor)

One of our clients specializing in mobile content distribution and mobile games is looking for a Director of Operations with the details below:

Responsibilities:

• Team up with technical, sales, and marketing directors to implement business strategies.
• Your role is a key member of the senior management team and you will be reporting to the owner of the company (MD).
• Planning, designing, implementing, and controlling business operations to secure the long-term success of the Company.
• Oversee all operational processes to ensure the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place.
• Lead daily operations of the company and supervise the work of teams and subordinates (IT, Operations, Finance, GA, HR).
• Maintain and improve existing services/products and participate in the creation, development and launch of new services/products.
• Maintaining control of diverse business operations, as a manager and leader.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Operations Manager/Chief Operating Officer or relevant roles.
• Experience in content, product, and project management is a must.
• MBA and/or experience collaborating with business leaders and display of having led teams successfully.
• Understanding of business functions in companies in general and Finance/HR, GA/Operations, and Product Development in particular.
• Working knowledge of mobile or/and video ecosystems.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and corporate development.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leaders and their teams through all stages of product development; if needed, take on "Product Owner" roles on a scrum team.
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in ENGLISH.
