Job Description

Position : Customer Service Logistic

Location : Jakarta Raya

Role Summary & Responsibility :.

· Close logistics complaint tickets in ticket system.

· Look for opportunities to modify the rules or other chances to improve tickets on-time resolution rate and accuracy rate

· Manage quality inspection of tickets to find if other agents have handled the tickets according to sop correctly.

Requirement :

· Bachelor's Degree and above.

· 2 to 3 years of working experience.

· Good Communication in English

· Familiar with Excel.

· Experience in e-Commerce or logistic provider is a plus

· Able to handle multiple task at the same time
