Job Description

Requirements :

- Problem solving skills

- Familiar with using Microsoft Office and Google

- Service oriented, good communication skill, able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Minimal 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service/ E-Commerce/ Retail

- Mandarin/English proficient is preferable



Job Desc :

- Maintaning a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

- Responding promptly to customer inquires

- Communicating with customer through various channels

- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
