Credit Risk Portfolio Management & Reporting Specialist

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage root cause analysis on credit risk exposure attached at bank’s credit portfolio.
• Monitor and ensure that the bank's risk profile report are carried out according to the regulator's deadline ( Risk Profile, Earning, Rentability, GCG etc )
• Identify, calculate, analyze and monitor the Early Warning Signs of credit deterioration
• Conduct Credit Stress Testing
• Creating and monitoring economic sector analysis on bank’s credit portfolio

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MIS skills.
• Experience in digital banking and/or financial technology companies will be a significant plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in retail credit portfolio analytics.
