Management Reporting Specialist Jobs

Having experience in manage outsourcing client and holding company (Preferable)

Possess knowledge on Indonesian Accounting Standard (PSAK) and IFRS, as well as audit principles

Ability to manage multiple inquiries and competing priorities in rapidly growing , fast paced and interactive.

Support a comprehensive consolidated FY 2023 financial audit of the group company’s books and records for the periods ending.

Support verbal and written presentations of the results of the audit and any recommendations for improvement

Assist a detailed summary of any irregularities discovered during the audit.

Degree in Management or Engineering

Excellent analytical skills to manage start to end about service campaign topic

Experience in data entry processing and reporting

Computer skills particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Etc)

Min. 3 years related working experience in automotive industries

Basic knowledge of ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001, SMK3 and Eco Industry

Minimum of 10 years working in Data Management with 3 years experience in similar position.

Documents & records all quality management materials, building profile equipment profile and evidences.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably majoring in Management/Marketing/Information.

Responsible for reporting & analysis of :

Ensure compliance activities within the Group Division, e.g :

Prepare and ensure the accuracy of Commercial reporting consolidation, consist of data compilation from all division in Commercial.

Group Management Performance Reporting & Corporate Budget monthly basis, have to prepare consolidated management report for entities under GAR Group

Have to review management report from US & DS by monthly basis

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent

Preferably has experience in Public Accounting Firm

Experience in data management and data analysis role will be an advantage.

Advance skill in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable.

Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English.

Good analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to support his/her arguments.

Responsible for but not limited to preparing data forecasting, service levels, handling times, manpower calculations, and other operational reports.

Create and maintain hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts including the arrangement of agent's rosters as part of the manpower planning.

- Minimum 2-3 years work experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

- Able to operate Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel and Oracle software

Providing Data Management &Reporting services for Business Units in Investment, International, Tech and Emerging Business Unit in Sinar Mas Land

Providing management’s need for ad -hoc and regular reports

Utilizing and developing required tools in order to optimize the Data Management & Reporting process

Manage root cause analysis on credit risk exposure attached at bank’s credit portfolio.

A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in retail credit portfolio analytics.

Minimum 4 years of experience in regulatory reporting in Banking Industry

Experience working with large datasets using SQL/ Biq Query is a must

Prior experience working in a Banking or Big 4 company for minimum 2 years of experience will be an advantage

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory reporting Laporan Bank Umum Terintegrasi (LBUT - Antasena) & Apolo, according to prevailing regulation

Identify any data error or unreconciling item between report and data

Collaborate with product and data management teams to maintain the integrity and accuracy of people data

Has experience and knowledge in Excel, Oracle and SAP

At least 1 years hands on experience in reporting and data analytics

Experience in service organization and/or HR will be best fit

Influencing skills and ability to build trust, collaborate, and engage with senior stakeholders

Ensure all standard and custom reports (transactions) are created and sent to

Demonstrated project management abilities, proven portfolio in product development would be added advantage.

Utilize and develop required tools in order to optimize the data management & reporting processes.

Providing ad-hoc data reporting to support senior management's decision-making.
