Data Management & Reporting Department Head

• Responsible for reporting & analysis of :

- Internal Commercial process & businesses

(Planning, Sales, Construction & Estate).

- External Commercial process & businesses

(i.e.: Land bank, permit, market & competitor, promotion,

costing, etc).

• Ensure compliance activities within the Group Division, e.g :

- Produce reports on execution of company

policies/SOPs/Guidelines.

- Produce exeption reports that can be used as a tool to improve

internal processes.

- Monitor execution of compliance activities.

• Documents & records all quality management materials, building profile equipment profile and evidences.
• Fosters and direct the working group to improve the quality of work, service level, efficiency and solve reccurent problem.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of Commercial reporting consolidation, consist of data compilation from all division in Commercial.
• Identifies opportunities and recommend for efficiency improvement initiatives, and enhance awareness for Commercial Projects.
• Maintain critical document on daily basis in accordance to established standard (if any).
• Provide senior managemet with current Commercial analysis by providing regular / Adhoc Report and Dashboard (e.g : Management Report, Operational meeting material, Risk Management, Sustainability Report, etc)
• Performs benchmark and standards across Commercial Project.

Job Requirements:

• Managerial skill.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.

• Have creative & innovative thinking.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably majoring in Management/Marketing/Information.
• Minimum of 10 years working in Data Management with 3 years experience in similar position.
• Logical Thinking & Analytical.
