Management System Department Head Jobs

Minimum of 10 years working in Data Management with 3 years experience in similar position.

Have experiences min. 3-4 years as Recruitment & Development Lead in Life Insurance / Bank Industry

Have strategic thinking & analytical thinking skill

Monitor end-to-end recruitment process according to the procedures

• Memberikan pengawasan program dan melakukan penilaian independen atas risiko bisnis yang terkait dengan strategi kelangsungan bisnis.

• Memastikan Prosedur Operasional dalam keadaan darurat dan prioritas implementasi BCM sudah sesuai dengan tingkat kritikalitas lokasi

• Memiliki pengalaman di bidang sejenis minimal 6 tahun

• Familiar dengan standar dan kerangka kerja BCM, seperti ISO 22301

• Memiliki Sertifikasi dalam bidang BCM, BIA, BCP menjadi nilai tambah

Minimum 8 years of experience as Management System Specialist

Good knowledge of Quality Management System, Business Improvement

Develop integrated management system in accordance with the prevailing regulations, international standards and company policies.

Direct reporting to President Director

Develop, run, evaluate, and improved all Innovation Policies, Procedures, Standard Parameter, Guidelines, and system that implement in Company

Control and coordinate the compliance report of Lenders in accordance with CTA and applicable standards in order to meet compliance needs.

Supporting the development of drivetrain system technical specification, including system definition, boundary diagrams, power moding, drivability, charging, durability and reliability requirements

Mechatronics and/or Electrical engineering education background

Having deep knowledge and understanding in implementation of ISO and IEC standard in a vehicle system is a must

Quantify the performance of different drivetrain system choices and optimise system choices according to the cost function

Analyse and benchmark new technology in terms of battery cell chemistry, battery pack design, BMS, E-motor, and Motor controller unit

Support control system and software in powertrain systems integration.
