Creative Associate Jobs

P.W.D Lab is a Creative Agency focusing on Marketing and Branding. We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our dynamic team as a Creative Associate. As a Creative Associate, you will collaborate with our creative team to develop and implement innovative design concepts and strategies for our diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs, graphics, and layouts, as well as managing team relationships and coordinating projects.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with client briefs and project goals.

- Create visually appealing and effective designs, graphics, and layouts using design software and other tools.

- Communicate with Account Executive to understand client’s creative needs, gather feedback, and incorporate changes.

- Assist in project management tasks, including organizing creative assets, coordinating timelines, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform creative strategies.

- Present and articulate creative ideas and concepts effectively to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communication design, or a related field.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and other creative apps.

- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills to develop innovative and strategic design concepts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- A strong portfolio of creative work showcasing diverse design projects and styles.

- Knowledge of industry trends, design principles, and best practices.

- Experience in a creative agency or related field is a plus.
