Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Team member located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Creative Team member is responsible for developing and executing creative concepts, producing visual assets, and ensuring consistency of the brand across various media channels. The Creative Team member will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in home design and identify new opportunities to develop products and enhance the home living experience.
• Design and produce visually compelling promotional materials, including photos, videos, and graphic designs, that effectively communicate the values and aesthetics of our home living products.
• Foster close collaboration with the marketing, product design, and sales departments to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of visual content.
• Create creative marketing strategies focused on the latest trends in home design, creating relevant and engaging content for our customers.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a creative role, with a focus on home design, interior design, or a related discipline.
2. Educational background in design, art, architecture, or a related field.
3. Deep understanding of home design concepts, current design trends, and strong design principles.
4. Exceptional creative abilities, with a talent for generating innovative ideas that cater to the needs and desires of customers.
5. Apply various AI applications or the latest tools in day-to-day work to enhance efficiency and the quality of creative work.
6. Strong leadership skills, inspiring creativity and fostering collaboration within a team.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Familiarity with all major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
