Desty's mission is to make digital commerce available for everyone. Founded in September 2020, in the midst of the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, we see the urgent needs of a great tool for a fast-growing community of people who want to start their own business. Our solution is a digital platform that serves as a single online destination for creators, influencers, and merchants to promote and sell their products.Desty currently offers two products, a landing page generator called Desty Page and Desty Store, a service that allows users to create an online store complimentary to marketplaces.

Our founding team members are all Internet and e-commerce veterans, with extensive experience from well-known Chinese, SEA & US tech companies such as Alibaba, Google, Facebook, Gojek, Lazada, etc. We currently operate HQ offices in both Jakarta and Hangzhou, China.

For this position, we are looking for passionate individuals to be our Leads Specialist. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a knack for creativity and has the know-how to Generate Leads, Acquire, and Onboard new & existing Merchant. Someone who thinks outside the box or... without the box.

• Monitoring the effectiveness and performance of data entry specialists on a day-to-day basis .
• Provide sales support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans and company target.
• Help to maintain a database of potential users for the Data Entry team.
• Assist with data entry specialist recruitment to grow the lead database.
• Data validation from data entry specialist.

• Highly motivated and target-driven individual.
• Have 2-3 years of working experience in Leads Specialist role or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent presentation and time management skills.
• A proactive person and always eager to deliver extra miles.
• Have 2-3 years of working experience in e-commerce.
• Good English communication skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with startup, software, payment, merchant related industry.
