Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Choose suitable KOLs, influencers, and talents, and determine the budget with clear justification.
• Develop a content plan that aligns with current business objectives, including ideas for both paid and organic marketing campaigns.
• Develop a digital ads/ media plan based on competitor analysis and marketing objectives, and optimize ads for meta ads, Google ads, and TikTok ads.
• Continuously evaluate the marketing communication process, implementation, and guide change for better results.
• Able to monitor marketing communication budget and spending to ensure cost ratios are within standard.
• Develop comprehensive marketing communication reports that provide analysis, insight, summary, and recommendations to evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Ensure marketing content aligns with branding guidelines and standards.
• Create an integrated marketing communication strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and goals.
• Communicate and coordinate marketing initiatives with relevant teams, sections, or stakeholders to achieve optimal results.

Does it match your criteria?

• 4 - 5 years working experience in E-commerce Marketing with at least 2 years in Managerial Position.
• Has a bachelor’s degree in Management or Marketing Communication.
• Have ability in Copywriting, Data Analysis, SEO/SEM (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics), and good English skills.
• Good experience and understanding in design, making creative videos, storyboards, production & social media content
• Experience in E-commerce, Retail Industry, or Beauty Industry
