Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Present new recipes to the audiences (Cooking Demo) according to marketing activities (such as online or offline events).
  • Will be placed under IDN Media's Food & Beverage (F&B) Production House (Yummy) in Jakarta.
  • Research, develop, and create innovative food recipes or cooking tutorials for the brands (clients), and also for our Instagram account @Yummy.IDN
  • Formulate new recipes, do continuous market research, and improve existing ones to keep our company ahead of the competition.
  • Responsible as a Talent (Chef) to make various video content on a daily basis. (For reference: https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cqm9zA4h0Ju/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link).
  • Evaluate the success of new recipes in their markets.



Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented person and good presentation skills.
  • Having experience as a Chef or involved in a cooking competition would be preferred.
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
  • Passionate in cooking and culinary in Indonesia is a must.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Good public speaking (feeling comfortable in front of a camera).
  • Creative person and innovative: able to create various food recipes!
