Creative Manager Jobs

Our sister company, Legit Group, is actively seeking a Creative Manager. The responsibilities of this role include generating ideas, presenting concepts, providing creative direction to the team, and overseeing the entire process of creative development work.

:

• Ensure that all creative materials and projects adhere to the organization's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Monitor trends in the creative industry and applying them when appropriate
• Developing ideas, presenting concepts & providing creative guidance to the team, ensuring that the work produced meets the expectations and objectives.
• Assess and measure the success of creative projects, analyze metrics and feedback, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible for managing the process of Creative development work from end to end (from concept to completion)
• Responsible for copywriting of the campaign, creative guideline & messaging.
• To collaborate with the Art Manager on design concepts, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• A strong background in a creative field (Proven track record of successful creative project ideation and execution).
• A good understanding of current design trends, marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and interact with clients and team members.
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand and align creative concepts with business objectives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lead and inspire a creative team, effectively communicate ideas, and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Min 3 years of experience working in a creative role, with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful and impactful projects.
