Content Manager (Instagram & Website)

• Manage the daily activities of a content team composed of writers, visual designers, videographers, and others.
• Explore new possibilities for content formats.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Instagram-Website Content teams to discuss brand/partner proposals.
• Develop and maintain an Instagram content strategy that encompasses the goals of a company and aligns with the company's image
• Generate content that accurately communicate brand/partner proposals on Volix's Instagram and Website.
• Assist the Business Development team in evaluating the performance of paid Instagram/Website content.

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient understanding of Instagram and WordPress.
• Ability to create original content that targets a specific audience and develop content that provokes engagement.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 year of experience in handling creative content.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and management.
• High interest in creative culture.
• Previous experience in a media or creative or digital agency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
