Experience leading and managing creative teams.

Strong concept and strategy development skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Supporting the Creative Director with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations.

Managing and supervising multiple projects and teams.

Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs.

Skilled in Coreldraw, Adobe Ilustrator, Photoship, Figma.

Available for the internship period (July - September 2023)

Be present in Yogyakarta for working from office (8 hours in a week)

Willing to work in a team and as individual

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills to develop innovative and strategic design concepts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

- Knowledge of industry trends, design principles, and best practices.

- Experience in a creative agency or related field is a plus.

- Create visually appealing and effective designs, graphics, and layouts using design software and other tools.

Experience and working knowledge in the creative industry

Manage to discuss creative ideas with the client

1-3 years quota carrying creative/design/digital marketing experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Having initiative and being able to work remotely freelance

Meet and exceed content creation targets

Experienced in Brand Management, Event Management, Knowledge in Digital Media platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Sales Force.

Perform activities related to Quality Management System

Ensure digital marketing tools and applications apply that knowledge appropriately to increasing the use of digital marketing at BINUS School

Assist Marketing Senior Manager in developing new innovation and alternative ways to leverage digital marketing activities

Provide expertise and share knowledge on creative direction and media purchases

Provide suggestion and innovative ideas to Marketing Senior Manager to support community development program enhancement

- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Create high-quality designs for a variety of mediums including print, web, social media, email campaigns, etc.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to generate new ideas and concepts

- Research industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date on emerging design techniques and technologies

- Develop graphics for use in presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Build content planning and design content for Was Taken's social media.

Maintain and operate Was Taken's platforms such as Social Media, e-commerce, and any other media .

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
