Commerce Enablement Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated Commerce Enablement to join our fast-growing SaaS (Software as a Service) startup that specialises in ecommerce enablement solutions for the fashion industry. As a Commerce Enablement Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business by identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with fashion brands and retailers. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic startup in the Indonesian tech industry, specifically within the fashion commerce sector.

Responsibilities:

1.Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Qualify leads and prospects based on predefined criteria, and develop strategies to convert them into customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential fashion brands, retailers, and ecommerce platforms through targeted outreach, networking events, industry conferences, and partnerships.

2.Partnership Development:

• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships with fashion brands, retailers, and ecommerce platforms to expand the company's reach and customer base.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the fashion industry, negotiate partnership agreements, and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives.

3.Client Relationship Management:

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities with fashion industry clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential fashion brand and retailer clients, understanding their ecommerce needs, and positioning our SaaS solutions as valuable tools for success.

4.Sales Pipeline Management:

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the fashion industry to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, specifically focusing on fashion industry clients, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.

5.Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business growth within the fashion ecommerce sector.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights specific to the fashion industry to the management team

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven strong experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian fashion market and ecommerce landscape, including an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the fashion industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities within the fashion industry.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is allowed to apply
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the fashion ecommerce sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders in the fashion industry.
