Job Description

As an Ecommerce Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our online business. Your main responsibilities will revolve around managing and executing various aspects of our ecommerce operations, ensuring effective communication strategies, and analyzing data to evaluate brand campaigns and drive market improvements. Your creative and innovative approach, combined with your strong execution skills, will contribute to the growth and success of our ecommerce platform.


Responsibilities

  1. Ecommerce Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute ecommerce strategies that align with overall business objectives. This includes planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion on our online platform.
  2. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness. Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve brand campaigns and enhance the customer experience on our ecommerce site.
  3. Market Improvement: Continuously research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for market improvement and product positioning.
  4. Partnership Development: Proactively build and maintain strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders, influencers, and key players in the industry to expand our brand's reach and visibility.
  5. User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with the technical team to enhance the user experience on our ecommerce site, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly interface.
  6. Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ecommerce sales, website traffic, and customer engagement. Provide regular reports to the management team to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and allocation for ecommerce marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.


Qualifications

  1. Educational Background: bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Public Relations is preferred.
  2. Data-Driven Mindset: Strong affinity for data analysis and an ability to derive valuable insights from data to inform decision-making.
  3. Creative and Innovative: Ability to think outside the box and devise unique marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in both written and visual communication, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content and branding efforts.
  5. Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in driving ecommerce initiatives.
  6. Partnership Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and intuitive abilities to establish and nurture partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
