Job Summary:
- Advertiser Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers to understand their goals and
- Provide ongoing strategy guidance, and feedback to advertisers to optimize their affiliate
- Regularly communicate with advertisers to address queries, resolve issues, and share
- Identify potential affiliates & Influencers partners and recruit them to join advertiser
- Affiliate and Influencer Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Analyze affiliates' capabilities, traffic sources, and promotional methods to ensure
- Negotiate media placements, commission increases and other strategies on behalf of
- Bring new strategies to the advertiser in order to maximize revenues through the affiliate
- Monitor and analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Performance Optimization:
- Provide partners with recommendations and best practices to enhance their
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor affiliate promotional activities to maintain brand integrity and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve any instances of fraudulent or non-compliant activities.
- Ensure partners adhere to advertiser guidelines, policies, and industry regulations.
- Generate regular reports on affiliate program performance, revenue trends, and key
- Compliance and Quality Control:
- Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create & share periodic performance reports with advertisers.
- Mid level position
- Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential for effective
- Previous work experience in an affiliate network or similar industry is required.
- 4-5 years experience within account management role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain advertiser
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of online marketing, performance-based marketing, and affiliate
- Knowledge of the South East Asian affiliate market is a must
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with tracking platforms, affiliate networks, and online advertising tools.
- Influencer marketing knowledge is a plus.
