Job Description

What would You do:

  • Responsible to maintain and manage the operation for E-Commerce end-to-end (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc). Optimization of the usage of online platform marketing tools.
  • Optimization of the usage of online platform marketing tools and Set-up for optimize additional online sales channels.
  • Record the data and be able to do data analysis to make strategies and optimization decisions based on sales reports and data analysis, including product selection and combination, monitoring the online store’s stock, and promotion plan.
  • Responsible for user growth of E-Commerce, improving user retention, consumption rate, and ARPU value through management of user's life cycle.
  • Make sure the execution of strategy, keeping frequent good communication and coordination with other departments such as Key Account, Customer Service, and Designer.
  • Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch E-Commerce campaigns by following up on popular topics, events, industry trends, conduct competitor research, etc.


What are We looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) is aMUSTfrom any related field. With relevant experience, inE-Commerce Operationsin Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok, especiallyfrom Shopee.
  • Skill software;Microsoft Office software;Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
  • Willing to be placed atKino Tower, Alam Sutera – Tangerang Selatan.
  • Interest inBeautyandSkin Care Industry.
  • Creativeandoutgoingenjoys bringing new ideas to the table during brainstorming sessions.
  • Have goodcommunicationand analytical skills.
