We are looking for qualified individuals who are highly motivated and knowledgeable, skillful to join our growing team as Group Account Manager E-Commerce.


Required skills experience:

  • Regularly check the input and the quality of data (ADR calculation, reservations segmentation, booking status, etc.) points.
  • Host weekly/bi-weekly commercial meetings with key stakeholders to discuss current performance, strategy, and activity ensuring outputs are agreed upon and followed up on.
  • Conduct regular audits of the Brand website pages and Hotel websites to ensure each hotel is optimized for high-quality custom images, content, links, and accurate translations, and work with hotels and regional marketing & PR teams on corrective action.
  • Manage distribution partner relationships with local market managers to ensure receipt of a fair share of the business.
  • Visit the hotels regularly to get first-hand knowledge of all issues, business opportunities, and other key areas.
  • Record all completed and pending daily tasks on the task management system appropriately and accurately.
  • Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business.
  • Consistently review hotels' daily pricing/pace of demand for the FIT Online (B2B and B2C) segments.
  • Implement and execute strategic action plans to drive hotel e-commerce revenue performance in conjunction with the hotel general manager/hotel manager, regional sales team, and group e-commerce team.
  • Placement: Bali area.
  • Monitor key events in the hotel location/city and other influencing factors.
  • Monitor competitor activities daily in terms of pricing/product and promotions.
  • Maintain an occupancy forecast report for all hotels for at least 180 days in the future.
  • Maximize using analytical data available in key platforms to make strategic decisions to drive future revenue performance.
  • Manage and oversee strategy for direct and indirect distribution.
