Our client is a leading agricultural company that focuses on providing agricultural solutions. With a rich heritage, they are dedicated to helping farmers. They offer a wide range of products and services - collaborating with agricultural organisations, farmers to promote sustainable agriculture. Boasting a stellar track record, they are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.
This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be responsible to execute strategies that leverage company app - boosting both the offline and online sales. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity within the organization.
- Work closely with the app development team to provide user feedback and suggestions for enhancing app functionality and the user experience.
- Lead and guide the online sales team in achieving sales targets through data-driven approaches and innovative methods.
- Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and loyalty program performance to extract valuable insights.
- Apply new-found knowledge to refine our strategies and maintain competitiveness in the market.
- Foster collaboration with various departments, including marketing, IT, and the sales team, to ensure that our strategies align and contribute to shared goals.
- Take charge of designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive customer loyalty program that encourages repeat business and deeper customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to ensure the app remains functional, user-friendly, and secure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to e-commerce, online sales, and customer loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategies to encourage offline customers to use our online platform, specifically through company app.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of conversion initiatives and make necessary adjustments to optimise results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive online customer acquisition and engagement.
- Proficiency in digital technologies, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
- Collaborative approach with the IT department to ensure app functionality and security.
- Effective project management skills
- Sales expertise and a deep understanding of sales techniques to guide and motivate the online sales team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Master's Degree is a plus
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective online sales and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills for data evaluation and data-driven decision-making.
- A minimum of 5 years in Managerial position handling e-commerce, customer loyalty
