Business Unit Commercial Sales Executive (Contract Base)

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skill
• Must be detail-oriented to ensure the highest level of customer service
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Good problem-solving and teamwork

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Good presentation and negotiation skill

• Prepare the commercial documents for product homologation and beauty contests, if needed.
• Understand customer (commercial) needs and requirements, and provide solutions that address them
• Analyzed sales representative achievement and monitor with the company target Requirements
• Support sales representatives to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Proposal, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Accounting, Export Control, Treasury to ensure the sales documents are aligned with Customer Requirements and our own company rules and regulations
• Participate and in charge of all commercial & financial aspects of the bid and the proposal in a timely and complied manner
• Do customer financial creditability assessment before signing supporting documents
• Co-operate with Stakeholders including but not limited to external Customers, Sales,
• Negotiate with customers with regarded to the commercial terms and conditions in the contract within company guidelines to close deal
• Present the commercial aspects in an internal meeting with Management for bid approval.
• Support the Partner Manager to manage, assess and promote the performance of Partners
• Perform pre-sales administrative tasks such as Bank Guarantee opening
• Support and manage all commercial aspects of marketing efforts from initial concept development through completion, if needed.
