Then come and join Indonesian team as Logistic Executive to execute all logistic daily operation and ensure all processes & procedures are adhered within the applicable Laws and Regulation.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will actively contribute to cooperation with all other parties involved passing on all relevant information to improve the flow of material and value through the supply chain.
• GBS for tax payment
• You will create PO to factory and maintain end to end process till posting credit note.
• You will be responsible to maintain and update supplier master data in coordination with Regional Procurement in SAP
• You will perform any other duties related to Customer Service and CS Logistics to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
• Regional team for CN receivable
• You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders:
• You will be responsible for processing purchase requests, tracking and monitoring the status in spreadsheet.
• You will be preparing document for temporary importation for CS Related.
• Custom for instrument release

Your qualifications and experience:

• Minimum degree with at least 2 years of logistic-experience in Customer Service department

Your attributes and skills:

• You can deal with tight deadlines and pressure.
• You have good communication skills and proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and spoken.
• Initiative and become a problem solver in facing the challenges in the logistic operation.
• You have good attitudes at work and eager to learn new things.
• You are familiar with general logistic processes as well as proficient in using SAP & Excel.
