Purchasing Executive Jobs

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of financial best practices and the buying process
• Deep knowledge about retail and beauty industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• At least 1 year relevant experience as a Purchasing/Procurement. Prefreably in sizeable organization/multinational/beauty/consumer goods companies
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to develop and maintain a good long-term relationship with vendors

Responsibilities:

• Review payment documents and request payment to Finance team
• Create Purchase Orders of all criteria based on company's needs
• Conduct buying process, order handling, distribution, and monitor the goods in accordance with the criteria determined by the company
• Deliver report for daily, weekly, and monthly purchase order to the direct report
• Maintain data status for all orders
• Responsible for Marketing & Event such as Reward, Giveaway, Booth, etc.
