Receive, place, and follow orders for raw materials, parts, and equipment for Gold Coin.

Liaise proactively between suppliers and staff to resolve purchasing supply issues, ensuring accurate and timely supply of supplies.

Negotiate with suppliers for the best deals on individual products or long-term discount agreements.

At least 1 year relevant experience as a Purchasing/Procurement. Prefreably in sizeable organization/multinational/beauty/consumer goods companies

Deep knowledge about retail and beauty industry

Excellent knowledge of financial best practices and the buying process

Have a good communication and negotiation skills

Review payment documents and request payment to Finance team

Able to develop and maintain a good long-term relationship with vendors

At least 3 years relevant experience in sizeable organization/multinational/beauty/consumer goods companies

Deep knowledge about retail and beauty industry

Excellent knowledge of financial best practices and the buying process

Have a good communication and negotiation skills

Regularly review contract supplies to ensure prices remain competitive, maintaining competitor knowledge of similar products by regularly surveying price lists

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Accurate

Prepare a purchasing plan of packaging materials to ensure the numbers of PO opened according to production plan and forecast

Issue PO based on purchasing plan and price approved

Arrange outstanding PO reports and ensure POs that have been opened are sent on time and free from defects

Have minimum 3 years of experiences in the same field

Have a good communication and negotiation skills

Have advanced Microsoft Office skills

Responsible to do research, surveys, and get best deals for buying requisition

Receive, check, and distribute orders accurately

Evaluate suppliers' performances (delivery time, quantity, quality, and price)
