Supervisor Purchasing Executive Jobs

Qualifications:

• Able to develop and maintain a good long-term relationship with vendors
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills
• Deep knowledge about retail and beauty industry
• At least 3 years relevant experience in sizeable organization/multinational/beauty/consumer goods companies
• Excellent knowledge of financial best practices and the buying process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Accurate

Responsibilities:

• Maintains good communication with Vendors and update Vendor database
• Regularly review contract supplies to ensure prices remain competitive, maintaining competitor knowledge of similar products by regularly surveying price lists
• Follow up on purchasing policy and procedures
• Responsible for consumable packaging, warehouse, marketing, event & promotions, ATK, and GA
• Identify and defines suppliers based on needs, vendor bidding, and resolves any issues that may appear
• Monitor buying process based on request and budget plan
