Purchasing Administrator Jobs

Purchasing Admin responsible for managing the procurement process of materials and equipment required for upholstery (furniture upholstery) and drapery (curtains) production or installation in the furniture and interior decoration industry.

Responsibilities

• Update prices and product/supplier information in ERP.
• Check the availability of stock
• Receive Purchase Requisition (PR) forms from the Sales team.
• Manage storage and archiving of master sample collections.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
• Handle sample requests from all branches.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices and associated documents.
• Conduct handover of goods to the warehouse and provide instructions for Input Receipt (IR).
• Submit payment requests to the Finance department according to established schedules.
• Collect invoices from various suppliers.
• Receive goods from suppliers and verify their conformity with POs.
• Receive Maintain Item/Supplier forms from users.Input maintenance data into ERP.
• Submit invoices and initiate fund requests to the Finance department.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in administrative purchasing or a similar role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using procurement software, such as ERP, is a plus.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.

Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.

Fluent in English is a must
