We are hiring for our client based on pipe manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering a relationship with our suppliers and vendors. You will also oversee the implementation of the supply and production strategies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for and coordinating the entire purchasing team in the project, so that work can be carried out according to the scope of work, schedule, specification and budget set
• Ensuring updated vendor and material databases
• Conduct vendor selection and evaluation processes on a regular basis
• Assessing tenders from potential suppliers
• Experience as purchasing coordinator on EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) construction projects is a plus and ERP System
• Perform material purchase recapitulation and reports
• Ensuring the material purchasing process is according to specifications and budget, and that goods arrive in good condition and on time
• Understand working drawings and understand the construction of building structures
• Conduct research and look for new goods or materials and suppliers
• Ensuring purchasing administration is carried out correctly and properly validated
• Negotiating prices and agreeing on cooperation contracts with suppliers

Qualifications

• Having work experience minimum 8 years in same position and manufacturing & construction Company
• Able to speak mandarin is a must
• Experience to using ERP System
• Minimum education S1 all majors
