Snr. Purchasing Executive Jobs

:

• Responsible to do research, surveys, and get best deals for buying requisition
• Evaluate suppliers' performances (delivery time, quantity, quality, and price)
• Receive, check, and distribute orders accurately
• Maintain buying schedule (stock analysis) and maintenance schedule
• Made buying reports and vendor database
• Documenting invoice, purchase order (PO)/requisition, work order, and other required documents

Requirements:

• Able to develop and maintain a good long-term relationship with vendors
• Have advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Have minimum 3 years of experiences in the same field
• Understand the end-to-end of buying process
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills
