Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strop relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and opportunities for business growth
  • Actively developing and implementing business strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve growth targets.
  • Preparing and presenting business proposals, tenders, and quotations to potential clients


Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in business development, sales, or marketing within construction industry is highly desirable
  • Placement: Head Office - Bogor (Cibubur)
  • Understanding of the construction industry, including its trends, key players, and regulatory environment is a plus point
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
