Job Description

This function will be reporting to the Indonesia Commercial Director and this role is focused on Perfumery division and it will be based at Firmenich office at Tanah Abang.


Key Responsibilities


  • Regular travel to Philippines to build engagement with local clients and support perfumery team
  • Work closely with regional team to develop Fine Fragrance segment in South East Asia
  • Responsible to deliver sales growth and margin targets for Fine Fragrance Indonesia and Philippines
  • Responsible to grow Fine Fragrance business in South East Asia with a focus on Indonesia and Philippines
  • Routine engagement with local clients in Indonesia
  • Define account / segment strategy, needs, targets, and priorities to win business

  • Commercially savvy with good negotiation skill – ability to ‘close the deal’
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering with 5-7 years working experience in B2B sales.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Positive work attitude, Self-Starter, Result Oriented, Entrepreneurial and able to work independently and or in a team
  • Good understanding of Perfumery house industry
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Keen ability to identify and communicate local country market, and consumer trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills , integrity, agility, resilience and having the ability to communicate at all levels
