Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, research institution and/or hybrid power plant

Experience in tender preparation, PPA for IPP in RE project development

Have organization experience outside working

Manage project teams and assign responsibilities to ensure project success

At least 6 years of experience in business development focusing on renewable energy

Previous experience in development of utility-scale wind, solar or storage projects will be an advantage

Technically proficient with renewable or thermal power generation technologies

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management and external investors.

Experience in renewable energy/energy domains

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with a focus on financial modeling.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and valuation methodologies.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Has minimum 10 years experience in Sustainability/ESG role focus on Energy Industry

Identify all key potential social and environmental impacts and risks of transactions

Conduct consultations with stakeholders in accordance with relevant policies and guidelines and be responsible for reporting on such

Work with investors, consultants, analysts & bankers on developing ESG initiatives & other ESG-related deliverables

Initiate improvements which will be included in ESG narratives/Sustainability Report to be presented to externals/stakeholders

Experience in leading teams in projects, qualifying as a Project Manager.

Minimum 7 years of experience for a Bachelor's degree (S1) or 5 years for a Master's degree (S2).

Experience in research institutions, consulting firms, or renewable power plant development companies.

Experience in Photovoltaic Technology (PLTS) or PVSyst, which is related to Solar PV engineering.

Skills (two of the following are mandatory):

Experienced in integration of Hybrid Solar PV, BESS and Diesel Engine Generator

Support the risk management process by feeding back local information regarding financial status, change of ownership, etc. to relevant internal partners

Manage ongoing costs by using latest global tools and process to maximise efficiency within the team

7 - 10 years' work of experiences in similar positions

Experience in catering to the renewable energy sector

Feedback to the business units/product groups on market trends, competitive landscape, market-pricing expectations, channel strategy and local conditions to win

Build and maintain strong relationships at senior levels with the key customers, stakeholders and other decision makers

• Able to manage multiple projects and apply problem solving skills (project management)

• Excellent relevant experience of managing contracts and delivering improved supplier performance in the key expenditure categories

• Experience of carrying out major procurement exercises from sourcing all the way to contracting.

• Extensive working knowledge of procurement policy, SOP, and its system supports

Conduct feasibility assessments and financial analyses for potential carbon credit projects in the renewable energy sector.

Conduct field visits and assessments to verify project eligibility, evaluate carbon credit data, and oversee project implementation.

Pro- actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from company’s services

Minimum 5 years’ of sales experience from the relevant industry; experience dealing with energy or transportation customer is a must

Experience managing end users or distributors directly

A results oriented self-driven person with high level of industry knowledge

Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Management of the different teams and verticals within the business

Identify business development opportunities and solutions, manage risks, manage projects from beginning to end

Former experience in Renewable Energy or Energy ideal

At least 10 years of experience ideally within investment banking or consulting

Establishing them as a partner of choice in the country (Such as attending industry events etc)

Continuing to build pipeline out (Clear metrics will be given by internal stakeholders)

Demonstrate strong project management skills to oversee the implementation of carbon credit projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Utilize deep technical knowledge in forestry and renewable energy to guide research efforts and identify opportunities for carbon credit projects.

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in forestry

Experience leading a team and/or managing environmental research or advisory projects end-to-end

Problem solver with strong cognitive abilities

Strong communication & interpersonal skill to work in a team

Prepare technical due diligence for potential acquisition or financing RE and hybrid power projects.

Prepare energy yield analysis for hybrid systems

Assist Clients with EPC tendering projects, negotiations with EPC contractors, and renewable power project development in general

Act as lenders engineer in RE and hybrid projects, doing construction monitoring and operations monitoring.

Management of EPC tendering projects, negotiations with EPC contractors, IPP bidding projects, PPA negotiations and renewable energy project development in general

Management of various other technical consulting assignments for renewable energy projects

Industry background and more than 5 years’ work experience from power utilities, IPP developers, engineering companies, or power sector consulting companies

Good experience with wind power project development phase

Excellent report writing, presentation and verbal communication skills

Experience in client interaction and capability to meet deadlines
