7 - 10 years' work of experiences in similar positions

Experience in catering to the renewable energy sector

Feedback to the business units/product groups on market trends, competitive landscape, market-pricing expectations, channel strategy and local conditions to win

Build and maintain strong relationships at senior levels with the key customers, stakeholders and other decision makers

Pro- actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from company’s services

Minimum 5 years’ of sales experience from the relevant industry; experience dealing with energy or transportation customer is a must

Experience managing end users or distributors directly

A results oriented self-driven person with high level of industry knowledge

Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

3-10 years experience in renewable energy technologies.

Participation in EPC tendering projects, negotiations with EPC contractors, IPP bidding projects, PPA negotiations and renewable energy project development in general

Prepare technical due diligence for potential acquisition or financing of renewable energy projects.

Prepare energy yield analysis for solar and wind power projects

Act as lenders engineer in solar PV and wind power projects, doing construction monitoring and operations monitoring.

Participation in various other technical consulting assignments for renewable energy projects both in Indonesia and elsewhere in South-East Asia region.

Minimum 3 years of working experience RE and hybrid power systems.

Conduct Feasibility study and technical due diligence for Renewable Energy (RE) and hybrid projects under development and projects in operation.

Prepare technical due diligence for potential acquisition or financing RE and hybrid power projects.

Prepare energy yield analysis for hybrid systems

Assist Clients with EPC tendering projects, negotiations with EPC contractors, and renewable power project development in general

Act as lenders engineer in RE and hybrid projects, doing construction monitoring and operations monitoring.

Management of EPC tendering projects, negotiations with EPC contractors, IPP bidding projects, PPA negotiations and renewable energy project development in general

Management of various other technical consulting assignments for renewable energy projects

Industry background and more than 5 years’ work experience from power utilities, IPP developers, engineering companies, or power sector consulting companies

Good experience with wind power project development phase

Excellent report writing, presentation and verbal communication skills

Experience in client interaction and capability to meet deadlines

Minimum 5 years working experience with strong background in Project Management and Consulting.

Higher education in Engineering or Management.

Responsible in project management excellence and continuous improvement.

Proficient in Ms Project and Excel for project management application.

Manage internal and external stakeholder of the project.

Excellent communication skill in verbal and writing in the form of presentation slides, reports, letters, and negotiation / clarification sessions.
