Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the dairy industry

Familiar with Aseptic Line Management

Strong technical knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes, equipment, and maintenance practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

2.3-5 years of experience at Sales Engineer (B2B) in F&B industry machinery is must;

5.Computer &Technical software proficiency – knowledge of MS Office & AutoCAD;

Pendidikan minimal SMU/SMK semua jurusan

Pengalaman sebagai Sales minimal 3 tahun

Memiliki Pengalaman di Food Service (Non Retail)

2.3-5 years of experience at Sales Engineer (B2B) in F&B industry machinery is must;

5.Computer &Technical software proficiency – knowledge of MS Office & AutoCAD;

Minimum 2-3 years experience in Assistant Brand Manager position from reputable consumer's good company;

Prior experience in handling Dairy or Beverage product is an advantage;

Proven ability to manage other marketing and sales members;

Lead and execute sustainable brand building implementation for Hometown brand.

Develop and execute marketing strategy via internal & external collaboration.

Assist on new product development for dairy category.
