Build a team sales distributors in doing the activity of the sale of products

Menjalankan proses produksi agar target produksi harian tercapai yang memenuhi bahkan melebihi standar Safety, Quality dan Produktivitas secara OTIF

Memberikan report yang akurat, on time dan sistematis terkait proses produksi, maintenance, quality dan safety

Menjalankan proses maintenance (WO, CILT, Daily care, Weekly care) sesuai schedule secara kwalitas dan OTIF (On time in Full)

Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the most effective price and terms of payment.

Ensuring all requisition is executed in a timely manner.

Coordinating with Warehouse team to verify the availability of goods in warehouse prior to purchase.

Reviewing, evaluating and approving in SAP system as per flow process

Monitoring the progress of outstanding requisitions and providing weekly update status.

Receiving goods as per Purchase Order.

Ensure that manpower, materials and plant are available as needed to meet the requirements of production and sales

Prior experience in successfully building production lines, layout planning, managing manufacturing plants, and driving operational excellence

Take charge of overall day-to-day operations in production, quality, engineering and operations

Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while optimising cost and maintain quality standards

Develop systems and processes that track and optimise productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets

Develop and drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
