• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the most effective price and terms of payment.
• Obtaining all information from potential suppliers for Vendor Evaluation.
• Monitoring the progress of outstanding requisitions and providing weekly update status.
• Reviewing, evaluating and approving in SAP system as per flow process
• Receiving goods as per Purchase Order.
• Ensuring all requisition is executed in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with Warehouse team to verify the availability of goods in warehouse prior to purchase.
• Responsible for purchasing all material needs including requests for quotation, reviewing requisitions, and directing supply process to Transfer Order, Request for Quotation or Purchase Order.
