Assist the People & Culture Manager in administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, and handling HR-related matters

Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a human resources or administrative role

Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications

Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparing necessary documentation and facilitating introductions to team members

Manage expectations and build a strong and healthy relationship with stakeholders.

Equivalent education, training and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education shown above

Investigates and implements resolutions regarding employee or other stakeholder concerns around performance management, improvement, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and similar matters.

Three years Relevant experience working in this or a related field.
