8+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting or significant internal consulting experience in large organization

Demonstrated change management experience in areas other than HR

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive HR experience in organizational development, Talent Management & People Development areas

Develop and implementation of Performance Management, such as: develop expectation and goals, people productivity, appraisal, etc

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Develop and implementation of Organization Development, such as: organization structure, KPI, , etc

Maintain internal media communication and employee engagement activity

Bachelor degree from any major

Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Demonstrate solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Showcase strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in using Excel.

Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a previous Business Analyst position.
