Job Description


  • Conduct promotion assessment
  • Plans, develops, implements and administers development and training programs for company employees
  • This role will responsible to redesign and implement programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization’s talent pool.
  • Responsibility of Talent mapping process
  • Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies.
  • Report directly to CHRO, and lead team of 2 people
  • Responsibility of organizational analysis
Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience in organizational development, Talent Management & People Development areas, with minimum 5 years experiences in managed a team
  • Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
  • Experience working in a matrixed HR environment
  • Healthcare and / or hospitality background (minimum 2 years) is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong process and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills. Strong ability to analyze, and understand data.
