Organizational Development Officer Jobs

1. Responsible to implement HR programs to build human capital and a strong development culture to align with Business Goals and HR Business Process
2. Develop and implementation of Talent Management, such as: people review, talent mapping, Individual Development Plan (IDP), etc
3. Develop and implementation of Performance Management, such as: develop expectation and goals, people productivity, appraisal, etc
4. Develop and implementation of Organization Development, such as: organization structure, KPI, , etc
5. Maintain internal media communication and employee engagement activity

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from any major
2. Minimum 3 years experience in the same position, handling Sales & Marketing Team and preferably from Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods industry
3. English proficiency is a must
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Good teamwork and able to work with tight deadline
6. Placement: East Jakarta (Pulomas)
