This role is a unique opportunity to be one of the HR leader for one of the public listed healthcare industry. Selected candidates will be closely partnering with leadership management team to execute transformation.


About The Company


Our client is looking for a resilient and experienced Organizational Development Manager with People Analytic background and strong stakeholder management, business acumen and experience in a complex environment.


Job Summary


The Organizational Development Manager plans, develops, implements and administers development and training programs for company employees. The manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.


Duties/Responsibilities


  • Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
  • Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
  • Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
  • Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
  • Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
  • Trains employees on HR issues and practices. Presents course materials.
  • Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.


Required Skills/Abilities


  • Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience as a generalist or combination of generalist and specialist experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills. Strong ability to analyze, manipulate and understand data.
  • Strong process and project management skills.
  • Expert coaching and counselling skills.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed HR environment.
