Senior Organizational Development Officer

• Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies.
• Conduct promotion assessment
• This role will responsible to assist in the new design and implementation programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization’s talent pool.
• Plans, develops, implements and administers development and training programs for company employees
• Responsibility of Talent mapping process
• Report directly to Head of OD.
• Responsibility of organizational analysis

Requirements

• Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
• Strong process and project management skills.
• Strong business acumen
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive HR experience in organizational development, Talent Management & People Development areas
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
• Excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills. Strong ability to analyze, and understand data.
• Healthcare and / or hospitality background (minimum 2 years) is preferred
• Experience working in a matrixed HR environment
